This vehicle was brought to us with the goal to ‘protect it and make it the best you can'.

After initial inspection, we found minor random scratches, light washing and wiping scratches which were robbing the paint finish from clarity and gloss. This was especially evident on the carbon fiber areas.

A thorough initial intensive clean started the process. We moved on to the decontamination stage to remove ferrous metals & organic contaminants using chemical and mechanical processes. A new product we are using during the claying step penetrates into the pores of the paint to build a base for our ceramic coating further down the line. Next, we use a solvent inspection spray to reveal the naked surface for our visual inspection and ultrasonic paint thickness testing.

Our inspection revealed isolated areas of heavy defects and mostly light defects throughout the paint. We chose a combination of products for our Paint Correction process using a varies of mechanical polishers to improve the paint texture and clarity of the fine metallic. An enhancement stages was used to clear any correction haze and then came a further 2 refinement stages of polishing. These steps are the icing on the cake. They add the last 5% to the finish improving the gloss of the clear coat, showing transitions in metallic panel curves and edges. It allows us to present the vehicle to show off as the designer intended.

All surfaces are then cleansed with multiple inspection and solvent wipe downs to again leave a surface to ceramic coating.

We choose Feynlab Heal Lite self healing and regenerating ceramic coating. The 'Lite' is in reference to low VOC. This is then topped with a layer of Feynlab Ceramic Lite ceramic coating. Feynlab Heal Lite is a warranted 5 year ceramic self healing coating. Infrared curing is used after the process to kick start the curing and add additional gloss.

Wheels were protected with two layers of Feynlab Wheel and Caliper Ceramic Coating which will not add gloss to matt or satin finishes. Gloss plastics and lenses were coated with Feynlab Plastic. Textured plastics were coated with a mixture of Feynlab Plastic Black Ceramic and Feynlab Ceramic Lite. Side and Rear windows were coated also.

Interior received multiple layers of Feynlab Textile as well as Feynlab Leather treatment to rehydrate the leather.

Plastics in the engine bay and front boot where also treated to Feynlab Ceramic Coating as well as door jams.

This represents our newly developed luxury New Vehicle Preparation, Enhancement and Protection package. For customers who demand quality and appreciate the value no compromise craftsmanship.
